These harnesses are game changers! Walks used to be so unenjoyable! They would pull until my back hurt trying to restrain them or they would be choking. Now we can have fun walking together with no pulling and the boys look so handsome while we do!
I really love the harness, I had to return it to change the size and the process was super easy and no hassle at all. Would recommend!
Julie was outstanding to deal with. I had to exchange the size I originally purchased and she was beyond helpful. The quality of the product is like nothing else. I prefer it over Canada pooch! My dog looks stunning in his new harness and its perfect for me to handle him as he is leash reactive so walking him is not fun. The quality is superb and the customer service is hands down the best I have received in years and I work in hospitality. You will not be disappointed in anything from this fantastic company. I will be recommending to anyone who will listen
Amazing
I get compliments on new harness. It's easy to slip on and fits him amazingly well! He looks so handsome and more importantly, he is not bothered by it! It's awesome!
I don t get it because i ordered a rain jacket and it fits, and on the same measurement i ordered the harness but is waay to small and it doesen t fit. The quality is top, but may just be a delivery mistake
Store owner replied: Hello Sergiu, Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of the harness, though we understand the fit was much smaller than expected despite using the same measurements as your rain jacket. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’re expecting a consistent fit across products. Our Customer Service team will be happy to look into this with you. We also offer a free exchange to help find a more suitable harness size, and you can reach us directly at service@sparkpaws.com for assistance with the exchange. Best, Spark Paws Team
Fits perfectly!
I accurately measured my dog and ordered a sz 1 and it os WAY too small. I also ordered a sz 2 and it is WAY too big. Will be returning.
Store owner replied: Hello Katie, Thank you for your review. We understand how frustrating it can be when the measurements seem accurate but the available sizes still don’t provide the right fit. We offer a free exchange to help identify the correct size, and our team can assist with finding the best fit for your dog. Our Customer Service team will continue to assist you with your order and help with the next steps. If you need any additional support, please reach out to us at service@sparkpaws.com. The product itself is fine. The customer service was lacking. It took a month and a half to receive the products, with no communication until I reached out to inquire what was taking so long. Only to find out one of the items was sold out, which it was not when I placed the order.
Store owner replied: Hello Gina, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the long delay and the lack of communication regarding the status of your order. We understand how frustrating it is to wait without receiving an update, especially when one of the items became unavailable after your order was placed. Our Customer Service team has already reviewed your case and coordinated with our fulfillment team to process your shipment. We’re also reviewing how the stock and order updates were communicated so we can provide clearer and more timely information in situations like this. If you need any further assistance, please reach us at service@sparkpaws.com. Best, Spark Paws Team
Your dog harness rubbed my dog's skin to the point of open sores. He is a 73 pound boxer. I bought size 5 because he measures 34 inches at his chest. I submitted an email complaint with the measurements as I was asked to do and now no one has responded.
Store owner replied: Hello Megan, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the rubbing your dog experienced while wearing the Grab & Go Harness. We understand how concerning this can be, and this is not the experience we want for our customers or their pups. We’re glad our Customer Service team was able to assist with your case and issue a refund. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps us identify areas where we can improve. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at service@sparkpaws.com. Best, Spark Paws Team
Grab and go is easy to put on, which is great, but the fit seems lose as soon as my dog is walking in front of me. We have used other front clip harnesses that fit better, but I do really like how easy this one is to put on.
Store owner replied: Hello Adrienne, Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you like how easy the Grab & Go Harness is to put on, but we’re sorry to hear that it loosens when your dog walks in front of you. We understand how important it is for a harness to stay secure and comfortable during walks, and we really appreciate you sharing this feedback. Someone from our team will reach out to assist. You can also contact us anytime at service@sparkpaws.com. Best, Spark Paws Team
Thought it looked a bit small at fist but fit my dogs well
Great quality. Heavy duty. We have a 70 lbs American bully and he loves it. It fits great. It’s comfortable and very sturdy.
No padding for the adjustable strap that goes under the chest.
