Frostcore™ Cooling Mat (2-pack) - Hearts Grey

Store owner replied: Hello Jessica, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that the Frostcore™ Cooling Mat hasn't provided the cooling sensation you expected. We understand that you want your dog to feel comfortable and cool, especially when temperatures rise. Unlike gel-based cooling mats, our Frostcore™ fabric works through contact-based heat transfer, drawing heat away from your dog's body to create an immediate cooling sensation rather than storing cold. With continuous use, the effect may become less noticeable as the fabric absorbs heat. Allowing the mat to air out for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area can help release that heat and refresh its cooling effect. Someone from our team will be reaching out to learn more about your experience and explore how we can help. In the meantime, if the mat still doesn't seem to provide the expected cooling effect after a short rest, please feel free to contact us at service@sparkpaws.com for further assistance. Best, Spark Paws Team

Store owner replied: Hello Danielle, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the mats arrived with an unpleasant fish-like odor. While our Frostcore™ cooling fabric is designed to provide a cooling sensation through contact-based heat transfer rather than gel, an unusual odor is not the experience we want you to have with your order. We’d like to learn more about what you received and help address the issue. Someone from our team will be reaching out to assist, or you can contact us directly at service@sparkpaws.com.
