Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 205 reviews.
I ordered Bosley a “L” at first and it was too small, especially in the length. Then I received an XL. Though it is a bit big, it works. The quality is top notch and I love the feel of the fabric as well as the cute design. Thank you!
My pittie loves his fashionable sweater.
The items are beautiful and great quality!
2nde commande, et de nouveau au top, vêtements de qualité, qui conviennent parfaitement. 😍
The sweater started unravelling the day I put it on her. You can see it in the photos. Terrible atrocious quality. The real problem started when I wrote to your customer support asking for a replacement or refund, and you offered a 20% coupon. Then claimed I didn’t ask for a replacement, and offered a 100% off gift card. Then I said I wanted a replacement or refund again, and they finally understood the task and have sent me a replacement. Your customer service was absolutely atrocious, and I’m pretty sure the assistants aren’t human. They made everything so much worse. I would have considered buying from you again if it weren’t for the customers service. Honestly, the worst I’ve had in years. I’m also not happy that you advertise as a Canadian company, but the clothes come directly from China All of this means I will never shop with you again or recommend you to others. You really blew it. All that money spent advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.. I’m your target market - people who buy cute things for my dog - and with my first purchase, you sent me a defective product that I had to fight for days to get a placement. Your customer service really ruined everything.
Store owner replied: Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are deeply sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by the defective sweater and the challenges you faced with our customer service. We completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially given the effort you took to reach out multiple times. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and for not meeting your expectations. This is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers, and we take your feedback seriously. We will be reaching out to you directly to make this right and ensure that your concerns are fully addressed. Thank you again for sharing your honest experience. We are committed to learning from this and improving our service. Best regards, Spark Paws Team

The quality of the jumper is outstanding it’s so soft I will not be purchasing dog clothes from anywhere else now.
Fits great!! My dog is a boxer, she weighs 70 lbs and has a 32" chest. Great fit!! The sweater is super soft and great quality!
The print is cute, the knit sweater are so beautiful. Quality is nice too
Ho un bassotto standard di 9 kg, veste benissimo. L’unico problema è che non ha l’apertura per infilare il guinzaglio e ho dovuto farla fare appositamente. Per il resto comoda anche come lunghezza
Fit perfect for Frenchies
my dog loves his sweater
Our pitbull is handsome and ready for the holidays in his dark red polar bear sweater.
Absolutely love this ! So soft and comfy. My white dog is 85lbs in a 4xl. It is a soft stretchy material. My brown dog is 59lbs in a 3xl. Perfect fit!! One of my dogs is older and the cold makes him more stiff he loves sleeping in this I am now going to purchase more.
Truitje past goed wat best lastig is met mijn Franse Bulldog want hij heeft echt een dikke nek :-)

My pup just LOVES her new sweater, which is saying a lot because she’s not usually very fond of dog clothing. But she is happy to put on this cozy sweater, which helps her to stay warm.

I decided to buy a Christmas jumper because I'd already got an order ready for a raincoat for Mabel, She looked excellent in the jumper and the fit was amazing. The quality was really good and far superior than I've seen before.
Sitz perfekt, tolle Qualität und super kuschelig
I just bought two more today. I need the PJs to be made for short fatty dogs. To get the right size, I need to cut the legs to fit. Thank you. Very happy.
So cute and the material is very soft and comfy for my pup. Easy to get his front legs in as well.
