Bella is eight years and has a hooded vulva. As a result, she licks herself raw — particularly in the hot months of the year. I have never been a fan of dogs dressed in clothes, so the fact that I purchased the surgical suit says lot. . I was looking for an option other the cone. Bella weights 42 pounds so I purchased two 2XL surgical suits. While it does not fit her perfectly (baggy in the back region), with a tuck here and tuck there, I think I can make it work so she does not have to live with the cone. I was so impressed with the softness of the material. Bella seems to be adjusting to the surgical suit.
It’s super cute. Her surgery isn’t for another couple weeks but it looks like it will do the job nicely. It looks tight around her neck but she has a lot of excess neck skin.
I thought everything about it was great except the fact that after the staff put the surgical outfit on her I had to take it off her the following morning as there wasn’t an outlet for her to pee so she pee through the fabric so we had to wash and dry everyday it was hard for her and us but we had to keep her wound clean and dry other than that it was brilliant

Purchased the surgical suit for my dog. Initially bought the wrong size. I emailed for an exchange and it was so easy!!! After the stress of the surgery having such an understanding and helpful exchange (including keeping the original size to be gifted to someone else) was amazing. The suit is soft and fits my pooch perfectly. She loves it. Thank you so much! Looking forward to purchasing more items for her.
Hi, The coat I bought didn’t fit well. I measured my dog& her measurements didn’t match up to the fit guide provided. She was longer in the body than what the neck measurements matched to. I even spoke with someone on the chat and they suggested I go with the length measurements being the decider. I actually selected the size below what they suggested and I’m glad I did as it was easy to big around her body but fitted her neck. The suit was way to big around her tummy so she could still lick her tummy, nut out fit her length wise.She is miniature poodle.
