Normally I love this company, I have bought loads, but the normal XL, I bought was absolutely massive so unusual to normal... Disappointed
Store owner replied: Hello Tricia, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the XL was much larger than expected. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially since you’ve purchased from us many times before and were expecting a fit similar to your previous items. Sizing can vary slightly between different styles and designs, so we’d be happy to help find the best fit for you. We offer a free exchange to help identify the correct size, and we’d love the opportunity to get this right for you. Please feel free to contact us at service@sparkpaws.com, and our team will be happy to assist. Best, Spark Paws Team
