They are so cool
Loving this and plan on using after surgery heals as pjs!
A little bigger than I thought but other than that it’s perfect.
The sizing of the surgical suits is not adaptable for different breeds. My dogs chest and neck fit the L but has the back length of the 2XL. The arm holes are also very tight.
Store owner replied: Hello Kristen, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the Surgical Suit wasn't the right fit for your dog. We understand that dogs with unique body proportions can make sizing more challenging, as some breeds may require a different chest, neck, and back length combination than our standard sizing offers. We appreciate your feedback regarding the arm openings as well, as it helps us improve future designs. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to assist you. As this is your first order, we also offer a free size exchange to help you find a better fit. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us at service@sparkpaws.com. The fit was weird on my dog. She’s a 25kg golden retriever so a dainty little thing but still quite long so we needed to get the size we did for length, but that meant it was way too big around the middle and the Velcro didn’t extend far enough so it ended up saggy around the middle. The Velcro itself wasn’t grippy enough and the “pocket” bit on top kept coming undone, as did the middle bit even though it was so loose. All that in addition to taking much longer to arrive than I anticipated meant it was overall pretty disappointing.
Store owner replied: Hello Jess, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the fit and overall experience did not meet expectations. Dogs can have very different body proportions even within the same breed, and we understand how challenging it can be to find the right balance between length and chest fit. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Velcro and delivery time, as this helps us continue improving both our products and customer experience. Please note that we do offer a free exchange on first orders to help identify a more suitable size and fit. Our team will be reaching out to assist you further. You may also contact us anytime at service@sparkpaws.com, and we’ll be happy to help find the best solution for your pup. Best, Spark Paws Team
The fit was terrible. I would return except for the fact that I have to pay for shipping fees and restocking fees. I would rather just donate them them to a local shelter.
