I ordered Bosley a “L” at first and it was too small, especially in the length. Then I received an XL. Though it is a bit big, it works. The quality is top notch and I love the feel of the fabric as well as the cute design. Thank you!

The sweater started unravelling the day I put it on her. You can see it in the photos. Terrible atrocious quality. The real problem started when I wrote to your customer support asking for a replacement or refund, and you offered a 20% coupon. Then claimed I didn’t ask for a replacement, and offered a 100% off gift card. Then I said I wanted a replacement or refund again, and they finally understood the task and have sent me a replacement. Your customer service was absolutely atrocious, and I’m pretty sure the assistants aren’t human. They made everything so much worse. I would have considered buying from you again if it weren’t for the customers service. Honestly, the worst I’ve had in years. I’m also not happy that you advertise as a Canadian company, but the clothes come directly from China All of this means I will never shop with you again or recommend you to others. You really blew it. All that money spent advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.. I’m your target market - people who buy cute things for my dog - and with my first purchase, you sent me a defective product that I had to fight for days to get a placement. Your customer service really ruined everything.

Absolutely love this ! So soft and comfy. My white dog is 85lbs in a 4xl. It is a soft stretchy material. My brown dog is 59lbs in a 3xl. Perfect fit!! One of my dogs is older and the cold makes him more stiff he loves sleeping in this I am now going to purchase more.
